Welcome to Pixel TCG . These Terms apply to your use of https://pixeltcg.net and any purchases made through the Site.
1. About us
Pixel TCG (brand name “PixelJaba”)

2. Products & authenticity
• We sell trading card game products (e.g., Pokémon, One Piece) and accessories.
• We aim to describe products accurately, including language, set, condition (for singles), and any known defects.
• We do not market counterfeit items as genuine. If we ever offer novelty/non-official items, they will be clearly labeled as such.
3. Pricing
• Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾ / GEL).
• Prices may change at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout for that order.
4. Orders
• Order confirmation: After checkout you receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable.
• We may cancel/refund an order if stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.
5. Payment (Bank transfer)
• Payment method: Bank transfer (TBC / Bank of Georgia).
• Payment instructions are provided after placing the order.
• Processing starts after we confirm receipt of payment.
• If payment is not received within [24/48/72] hours, we may cancel the order and release the stock.
6. Shipping & delivery (Tbilisi / Georgia)
• Delivery method: via Glovo/Wolt or another local courier (depending on availability).
• Delivery fee (Tbilisi): Flat 8₾ across Tbilisi.
• Free delivery in Tbilisi for orders from 100₾.
• Processing time: typically [same day / 1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, weather, holidays, or force majeure.
• Failed delivery / wrong address: If delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, you may need to pay an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
7. Returns & refunds
A) Sealed products (booster packs, sealed boxes)
• Due to their sealed nature, sealed products cannot be returned once opened/unsealed.
• If a sealed product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
B) Singles (individual cards)
• Singles are sold as described (condition/language/version).
• If you receive the wrong card or the item is materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion), after review.
C) Incorrect/missing items
• If an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
D) Refund method
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer refund) or as store credit, depending on the situation.
8. Pre-orders
• If you offer pre-orders, clearly state the expected release date and that dates can change.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded if supply changes or allocations are reduced.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Pixel TCG / PixelJaba or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.
10. Liability
• Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts in Tbilisi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
