1. Controller and contact details
PixelTCG is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Jumber Balkhamishvili, identification number 65801001724, Georgia. Legal address: Georgia, Adigeni District, Village Untsa, “SakhlTan”. For privacy and personal-data questions, contact info@pixeltcg.net. Support hours are Monday-Friday, 14:00-18:00 Georgia Time (GET).
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, PixelTCG processes the following categories of data:
- Order and delivery data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order number, products purchased, quantities, price, delivery method, order notes, delivery status and correspondence about the order.
- Account data: name, email address, username and password information stored in protected/hashed form, saved addresses and order history, where you create an account.
- Payment-related data: payment method, order amount, payment status, merchant order reference and transaction/reference ID returned by the payment service provider. For bank transfer, we process the order payment status and payment reference needed to reconcile the order. The local project contains a Monrem sandbox/testing configuration only; no live production online card-payment provider has been verified.
- Support data: the content of emails and other support communications, including information you choose to provide.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, pages visited, referring URL, date/time of visits, browser, operating-system and device information, and cookie/session information. The active WP Statistics configuration anonymises and hashes IP addresses for website statistics.
3. Why we process data and the legal basis
- We process order, delivery, payment-related and account data to take steps requested by you and to perform the sales contract: process an order, take or confirm payment, deliver goods, provide order updates and handle returns.
- We process order, payment and accounting records to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
- We process support communications to respond to requests and resolve complaints or disputes; this is necessary for the contract where relevant and otherwise for PixelTCG’s legitimate interest in providing customer support and protecting its legal position.
- We process technical, security and limited usage data to operate, secure and improve the website, prevent fraud or misuse, and understand aggregated website use. This is based on PixelTCG’s legitimate interests, subject to the requirements of applicable Georgian data-protection law.
- Where consent is required for a particular optional activity, PixelTCG will rely on that consent. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising/marketing tracking service was identified in the current installation.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is shared only where necessary with the following categories of recipients:
- Payment providers: once online card payments are activated, the relevant authorised payment service provider will process card-payment data through a hosted payment checkout and receive the customer and transaction data needed to administer the transaction. The local project contains a Monrem gateway configured only for sandbox/testing; PixelTCG has not verified a live production card-payment provider. The current checkout also offers bank transfer.
- Delivery providers: the delivery provider used to fulfil the order receives the customer name, telephone number, delivery address, order reference and delivery information needed for delivery. The current checkout delivery option is labelled Glovo/Wolt.
- Website hosting and technical providers: providers that host, maintain, secure or support the WordPress/WooCommerce website may process data as required to provide those services. The identity of the hosting provider is not identifiable from the local website installation.
- Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, advisers, banks or competent authorities where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution or to protect legal rights.
WP Statistics is installed to generate website statistics within the WordPress installation. We do not sell personal data.
5. Payment card data
Once online card payments are activated, card data will be processed by the relevant authorised payment service provider through a hosted payment checkout. The local project contains a Monrem gateway configured only for sandbox/testing; it is not presented as PixelTCG’s live production payment processor. PixelTCG does not receive or store full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or other sensitive card credentials. PixelTCG may receive and store only the transaction-related information needed to administer an order, including the payment method, amount, payment status, merchant order reference and transaction/reference ID returned by the payment service provider.
6. Retention
Order, payment and related business records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, manage returns, complaints and disputes, and meet the applicable legal, tax and accounting retention obligations. Account information is retained while the account remains active and afterwards only as necessary for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. Support communications are retained for the time needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records. Technical and security records are retained only for as long as necessary for website operation, security monitoring and incident investigation. The current WP Statistics configuration schedules database maintenance at 180 days; analytics records are retained in accordance with that configuration. We may retain data longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
WordPress and WooCommerce use essential cookies and similar session technologies to operate the website, including login, security, shopping-cart and checkout functions. These are necessary for the requested service and cannot be disabled without affecting core store features.
WP Statistics is active for website analytics. Its current configuration anonymises and hashes IP addresses and records limited technical and visit information described above. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising/marketing tracking service was identified in the current installation, and no marketing or advertising cookies are described by this policy.
You can control, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, login or other store features from working correctly. If PixelTCG introduces optional cookies or tracking that require consent, it will provide an appropriate way to give, refuse or change that consent before using them.
8. International processing
Hosting, infrastructure, payment, delivery and other technical service providers may process personal data outside Georgia. The local project does not identify the hosting provider or confirm the processing locations used by every service provider, including payment and delivery providers; PixelTCG therefore does not identify countries that cannot be verified locally. Any international processing or transfer will be handled in accordance with applicable Georgian data-protection requirements and any required safeguards. This section will be updated when provider locations are confirmed.
9. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable Georgian law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or information about your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact info@pixeltcg.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority in Georgia where applicable.
We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision.
