1. Merchant and scope
PixelTCG is an online retail store for authentic Trading Card Game and collectible products, including Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game products, sealed products, booster packs, booster boxes, collectible cards, singles and accessories. The store is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Jumber Balkhamishvili in Georgia.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when using the website or placing an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Products, listings and availability
Products are physical goods. We aim to present product names, prices, descriptions, language, condition and availability accurately. Product images and descriptions are for identification purposes; where a listing identifies a specific condition or variant, that listing information applies. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and paid as applicable.
4. Ordering, prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Georgian lari (GEL). The price and delivery charge shown during checkout apply to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors before acceptance. Add products to cart, enter the required checkout information, select an available payment method and submit the order. We send an order confirmation to the email address provided; this records receipt of the order and does not guarantee availability.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include bank transfer and online card payment. Online card payments are processed securely through the payment provider displayed during checkout. PixelTCG does not state that it stores card details. We may cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, a material pricing error is identified, payment cannot be completed, or fraud is reasonably suspected.
5. Cancellation
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact info@pixeltcg.net with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch, cancellation and any return are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Georgian law.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, fees and any delivery information available for an order are shown at checkout. Delivery is currently configured for Georgia. Delivery methods, prices and delivery timeframes are described in Shipping & Delivery Policy for the current delivery conditions.
7. Returns and refunds
Return and refund requests are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit mandatory rights available to customers under applicable Georgian law.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
Our handling of account, checkout, order, payment-related and support information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibilities and intellectual property
Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information and use the website lawfully. PixelTCG is responsible for supplying the products and services described in an accepted order, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Website content, branding, text, images and code are owned by or used with permission by PixelTCG or their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission except where law permits.
10. Liability, law and contact
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
