Where we deliver
PixelTCG currently accepts delivery addresses in Georgia. The checkout city selector is configured for Tbilisi and other listed Georgian cities. Orders outside Georgia are not currently offered through checkout.
Delivery methods and fees
The delivery option and charge are shown during checkout. The current store configuration applies a 9 GEL delivery charge for Tbilisi and a 15 GEL charge for delivery to other Georgian cities, subject to the delivery address entered at checkout. Free delivery is available for Tbilisi orders with merchandise total of 100 GEL or more; it does not apply outside Tbilisi.
Courier partners and any express option are confirmed through checkout or directly with the customer for the relevant order. Deliverers.ge and express delivery must not be treated as available until they are enabled and shown at checkout.
Order processing and delivery timing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after the order and payment are confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days for Tbilisi and 2–4 business days for other Georgian cities. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, destination, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside PixelTCG’s control. We provide delivery information using the contact details supplied with the order.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, or the recipient cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed, returned or require a further delivery attempt. Any additional delivery charge will be confirmed before it is applied.
