Where we deliver
PixelTCG delivers within Georgia. Orders outside Georgia are not currently offered.
Tbilisi – Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery in Tbilisi costs 7 GEL.
Standard Delivery is free for merchandise orders of 100 GEL or more.
Orders placed before 12:00 Tbilisi time are eligible for same-day delivery, with a delivery window of 15:00–22:00.
Orders placed after 12:00 are scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Tbilisi Express Delivery
Express Delivery in Tbilisi is fulfilled using Yandex Go and usually arrives within 1–2 hours.
Express Delivery is only available until 20:00 Tbilisi time. Orders placed after 20:00 are processed on the following delivery day and are subject to the Standard Delivery terms.
Express Delivery is always paid and is not included in the free Standard Delivery offer for merchandise orders of 100 GEL or more.
The Express Delivery price depends on the selected delivery area and current delivery conditions. The final Express price is shown during checkout before payment.
Delivery Outside Tbilisi
Delivery outside Tbilisi costs 15 GEL.
Delivery outside Tbilisi is not free for orders above 100 GEL.
Other locations in Georgia
Standard Delivery to other locations in Georgia costs 15 GEL. Free delivery from 100 GEL does not apply outside Tbilisi.
The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weekends, public holidays, courier availability and circumstances outside PixelTCG’s reasonable control.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number with your order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, or the recipient cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed, returned or require a further delivery attempt. Any additional delivery charge will be confirmed before it is applied.

Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, public holidays, destination, courier availability and circumstances outside PixelTCG’s reasonable control.
