Withdrawal from distance purchases
Subject to the exceptions in applicable Georgian consumer law, a consumer may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier), receives the goods. Where an order is delivered in parts, the period begins when the last item is received.
This withdrawal right is subject to the legal exceptions that may apply to particular goods or contracts. Nothing in this policy creates an exception or restriction beyond those permitted by applicable law.
How to exercise the withdrawal right
To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision by email to info@pixeltcg.net. Please include your name, order number, the goods concerned and contact details so that we can process the request efficiently.
After notifying PixelTCG, you must send the goods back within 7 calendar days to:

For a standard withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, as provided by applicable Georgian consumer law, unless PixelTCG has agreed to bear that cost or the law requires otherwise. For goods that are incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming, see the separate section below.
Refund timing and method
PixelTCG will reimburse all payments required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notification. PixelTCG may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or the customer supplies evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed with the customer. Where applicable, the refund includes the standard delivery cost required by law; any additional cost caused by the customer selecting a delivery service more expensive than the standard service is not reimbursed where permitted by law.
Incorrect, missing, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming goods
If an item is incorrect, missing, damaged on arrival, defective or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact info@pixeltcg.net promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Where useful, include photos of the product, packaging and delivery label. Do not discard the item or packaging before PixelTCG has had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, return, refund or another remedy required by applicable law. PixelTCG will explain the appropriate return arrangement, including return costs where applicable. These rights are separate from, and do not limit, the statutory rights of consumers.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and return included accessories or promotional items where applicable. A consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond that necessary for this purpose, where permitted by applicable law.
Booster packs and sealed products
Booster packs
Booster packs are sold as factory-sealed products with unknown randomized contents. Opening a booster pack reveals its contents and changes the condition and remaining value of the product.
Opening a booster pack does not automatically exclude the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal. Where a booster pack is returned after being opened, any reduction in value will be assessed individually in each case, taking into account the condition of the returned product and its remaining value.
Where a reduction in value applies, PixelTCG will provide the customer with an appropriate explanation and calculation of the assessed reduction.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Georgian law, including rights relating to incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Sealed products and booster boxes
Sealed products and booster boxes are subject to the general withdrawal conditions described in this policy and applicable Georgian consumer law.
If a returned product has been opened, unsealed, damaged, altered or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, any resulting reduction in value will be assessed individually in each case, taking into account the condition of the returned product and its remaining value.
Where a reduction in value applies, PixelTCG will provide the customer with an appropriate explanation and calculation of the assessed reduction.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Georgian law, including rights relating to incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order has already been dispatched and the available next steps. After dispatch, the request is assessed under this policy and applicable Georgian law.
Your legal rights
